      Impact Devices was founded in 1991 by Kenneth Roy and George Issacs who between them have more than 40 years experience in the design and marketing of solenoids. solutions for a virtual who's who of companies including Xerox, Unisys, and NCR. Impact Devices current standard products are covered by three patents all of which carry Kenneth Roy's name. Our specialty is impact solenoids as our name implies. Impact solenoids are key components of devices utilized primarily in the printing, embossing, and marking industries where repeatability and reliability are of primary importance.

      Impact Device's history includes a record of providing a high quality product utilized in many different applications by our customers around the world. In addition to our specialization in impact solenoids our solenoids have been employed in the testing of turbines and generators for General Electric. Additionally, they are used in assembly equipment and robots made throughout Europe and Canada. Our solenoids are presently being shipped worldwide to such countries as Sweden, Germany, Italy, and India. We are able to ship quantities, which range from as low as fifty to several thousand per shipment. Our commitment to quality is evidenced by our one hundred percent testing of product performance before being shipped. Furthermore, we use only UL recognized components.

      We are located in West Carrolton, a suburb of Dayton, Ohio. This location provides us access to several major shipping hubs. We are proud of our history of on-time shipments to our customers, and of the excellent reputation for quality we have established.
